Whilst every supply of timber and every customer is different, here are a few Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about us, how long orders take etc.

Seasoning the decking with a product such as Cabot’s Decking Oil is vital to ensuring your recycled timber decking stands the rigours of Australia’s harsh climate[/accordion_tab] [accordion_tab title=”How long will it take for my timber to be milled ?” ]Typical lead time is 10 working days from order. If your requirement has a deal of urgency, please call us to discuss special delivery arrangements[/accordion_tab] [accordion_tab title=”Can you recommend tradespeople who will install your timber ?” ]Yes, we recommend certain tradespeople but you’re arrangements and contracts are with them, not with Ironwood[/accordion_tab] [accordion_tab title=”What forms of payment do you accept” ]We accept cash, credits cards (3% surcharge on American Express), cheques (subject to ID and bank clearance) and direct deposit into our bank account.[/accordion_tab][accordion_tab title=”What are your payment terms ?” ]Typically we charge 30% on order, 20% on dispatch from the mill and 50% on delivery.[/accordion_tab] [accordion_tab title=”What is your returns policy ?” ]If any timber we have supplied is faulty we will gladly re-supply to your satisfaction.
